The broadcasting product offers the ability to communicate outbound with customers and employees. By uploading pre-existing segmented data, the Broadcaster enables the sending of omni-channel messages in bulk or on an individual basis to end-users and will immediately initiate a chatbot, intelligent virtual agent or live agent session when the end-user responds.
